Pacific Reign Gymnastics is committed to creating a positive, professional, and family-centered environment where athletes, families, and employees can thrive.

The Front Desk Associate is often the first point of contact for families, athletes, and visitors at Pacific Reign Gymnastics. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment while providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily gym operations, and ensuring accurate administrative processes.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with children and families.

We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our gym.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet athletes, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
Assist families with class registrations, schedule changes, program information, and general inquiries.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
Build positive relationships with families and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Administrative Duties

Manage class enrollments, transfers, and waitlists using the gym management software.
Process memberships, tuition payments, retail sales and other transactions.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures if needed.

Facility Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Help monitor facility safety by following company procedures and reporting concerns promptly.

Sales & Member Experience

Promote Pacific Reign programs, camps, clinics, birthday parties, and special events.
Assist prospective families with program recommendations and enrollment.
Support membership retention through excellent customer service and relationship building.
Process Proshop sales and transactions

Teamwork

Demonstrate flexibility in supporting gym operations during busy periods.
Support Pacific Reign's Mission and Values through daily interactions.
