Lead Landmark Infrastructure Projects Across Washington

An established, employee-focused heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects throughout Washington State. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor known for delivering quality work, maintaining a strong safety culture, and investing in the long-term success of its employees.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple heavy civil construction projects from award through final completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
Oversee project planning, procurement, contract administration, and project execution.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and subcontract agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project staff.
Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maximize project success.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

10+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects valued at $20 million+.
Experience with transportation, highways, bridges, underground utilities, excavation, grading, earthwork, or other major infrastructure projects.
Strong background in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
