Bookkeeper (Construction /Subcontractor) – Full-Time (Monroe, WA) | $34-$38 per hour

Mattison Martinoli, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team! We are a Commercial Finish Carpentry company specializing in FRP, plastic laminate (P-lam), prefinished wall panels, and custom paneling. For 30 years, we’ve proudly served Washington State with craftsmanship and precision.

We’re looking for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a structured environment and is skilled in managing financial tasks independently.

Your Role:

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll be a vital part of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in records and compliance with reporting requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

✅ Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management
✅ Payroll processing, including:

Wage/hour verification
Employee expense reimbursements
Certified payroll filings via: (a Must need skill !)
Our Excel system
LNI, EMAR, LCP Tracker, Elation-Davis Bacon(a Must need skill !)
Union Payroll
Union filings & payments (a Must need skill !)
EFT 941 payments
Filing intents & affidavits for projects(a Must need skill !)
✅
Benefits Administration
– ensuring timely payments✅
Lien Waivers processing

Who You Are:

We’re seeking someone who:
✔ Has experience in the construction industry (a Must need skill !)
✔ Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
✔ Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
✔ Is proficient in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Time, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Bluebeam Revu

✔is proficient in LNI filings, LCP Tracker and other certified payroll filings
✔ Works independently, staying focused and productive without supervision

Competitive Pay: $34 - $38 per hour (DOE)
