Start Your Escrow Career Strong

As an Escrow Officer I, you’ll manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into an officer role and grow.

What You’ll Do

Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions
Prepare and present closing documents
Coordinate closings, recordings, and disbursements
Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally

What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in escrow or real estate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
Valid Notary Commission and driver’s license
