What This Role Actually Is

You are the hands behind the highest-rated gutter company in Washington State. Whether you're installing new systems or keeping existing ones clean and flowing, you show up to every job ready to execute, represent the High Point Gutter name with your quality, and leave every site cleaner and better than you found it.

We're hiring for both installation and cleaning/maintenance work. Depending on your experience, you may focus on one or cross-train in both.

Depending on your role, you will:

Install, repair, and replace gutter systems with precision and efficiency
Clean gutters and downspouts, clear blockages, and flush systems to ensure proper drainage
Inspect gutters for damage, wear, and potential problems, and report findings to customers
Measure, cut, and align gutters and downspouts to spec — every time
Perform carpentry work including fascia removal and replacement (installation roles)
Lead crew members and hold the jobsite standard
Maintain a clean, safe work environment without being told to
Communicate clearly with your crew, your foreman, and your customers
Own the quality of your work from start to finish
