Full Job Description

We are seeking a flexible and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help production within our residential sales division. In this role, you will be assisting the Residential Sales Manager with their sales obligations as well as corresponding with customers. This includes client phone calls, making purchase orders, processing payments and helping facilitate efficient project execution and completion.

Duties

· Create Work Orders from clients approved estimates

· Scheduling Management for individuals

· Process client deposit payments

· Email Inbox Management

· Create Purchase Orders and order products from various vendors

· Confirm vendor order acknowledgements for accuracy and ETA

· Assist salespeople with monthly billing

· Mainline Phone Responsibilities

· Miscellaneous filing

· Miscellaneous tasks or duties assigned by management

Knowledge

· Basic understanding of Sales and Purchase Order processes

· Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

· Excellent customer service, in person and via phone

· Strong & professional written communication skills via email

· Customer-focused attitude with exceptional client communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service

Education and Computer Skills

· Six months to one year of related experience and/or training

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with the following software:

· Microsoft Office Suite - mainly Word, Outlook, and Excel (Basic)

· Preferably Quickbooks experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
