Landscape Gardener - hiring immediately

We're looking for talented individuals who are as passionate as we are about landscape design, installation and maintenance! If you have a creative mind and are an "out-of-the-box" thinker, with a touch of environmental guardianship in your blood, we'd love to meet you! We are a small landscaping company in San Francisco that was built from the ground up by people like you. For more than 34 years JML has inspired, and been inspired by, local gardeners who share their enthusiasm for the creation of ecologically sound garden designs. We're now a team of 18 who enjoy common goals.

We're currently looking for team members for the following:

Landscape Gardener

Candidates with landscape maintenance experience, schooling in horticulture, the aptitude to learn and the desire to grow are heartily encouraged to apply. Team members will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team. Client interaction and relationship building is a big part of the job. Day to day activities include maintenance activities such as pruning, irrigation and lighting repair, IPM, management of plant health, planting, and fertilizing. Additional skills including client management, staff development, and training are highly desirable. You'll also need a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. Someone who enjoys developing and nurturing residential gardens with a long-term perspective is ideal for this position!
