Job title: Wealth Management Advisor
Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions, LLC a MassMutual Firm

Blue Ocean Wealth Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Wealth Management Advisor to join our team. As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to our clients. You will work closely with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, develop tailored wealth management strategies, and provide ongoing guidance to help them achieve their goals. This position requires a deep understanding of investment products, and financial markets, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

Build a clientele and maintain a strong relationship with clients. Understand their goals, risk tolerance and unique circumstances.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and gather relevant client information to develop personalized wealth management strategies.
Provide advice on investment options, asset allocation, retirement planning and other areas of wealth management.
Monitor and review clients’ investment portfolio, performance, and market trends, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with clients’ objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic wealth management solutions to clients.
Actively manage client relationships, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client reviews and meetings to assess progress toward financial goals, discuss changes in circumstances, and adjust as necessary.
Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and other business development strategies.
Stay compliant with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree or experience in the Financial Services Industry. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications, such as Series 7, 6, 63 or 66, CFP are highly desirable.
Must be willing to obtain the Life & Accident and Health License, Series 7 & 66
Deep knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
