What You'll Do

As a Sales & Catering Manager, you will:

Develop new business opportunities in the corporate, government, sports, association, wedding, leisure, and group markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, event planners, travel professionals, and key decision-makers.
Conduct outside sales calls, networking events, and property tours.
Identify opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts from inquiry through execution.
Respond promptly to leads and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships, sales activities, and reporting.
Partner closely with hotel operations to ensure every client receives exceptional service by creating BEO's and floor plans and being the liasion between hotel departments.
Represent Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach and Pinnacle Hospitality Group with professionalism throughout the community.

Qualifications

Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred.
Experience in business development, account management, or outside sales is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for client meetings and networking events.
Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
