The Opportunity

We are hiring an AI-First Product Manager to own the next wave of intelligent capabilities across our cloud-native platform. You will work side-by-side with engineering, data science, and manufacturing experts to build autonomous AI agents that prepare production, flag shortages, draft orders, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable ROI for SMB manufacturers.

This is not a traditional PM role. You will not be writing specs and tossing them over the wall. You will prototype, test, refine, and ship continuously, with real customers using what you build within days.

What You Will Do

Own the AI Product Vision and Roadmap

Define and drive the vision for AI agents across the platform.
Identify high-impact opportunities where agents can replace manual planning, buying, and production tasks.
Translate manufacturing workflows (BOMs, work orders, purchase orders, demand forecasting) into agentic capabilities that deliver real operational outcomes.

Build Fast, Ship Continuously

Prototype directly with engineering using Claude Code and modern AI tooling.
Ship incremental value quickly, gather feedback, and iterate based on real usage.
Make pragmatic trade-offs to maintain speed without sacrificing quality.

Go Deep on AI Technology

Stay hands-on with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, and tool-use architectures.
Evaluate models, approaches, and infrastructure decisions with engineering.
Understand AI system limitations and set ambitious but realistic goals.

Be the Voice of the Customer

Spend meaningful time with SMB manufacturers to understand operational pain points.
Develop fluency in manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory operations.
Communicate AI product direction clearly to customers, partners, and internal teams.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

Partner with engineering, design, data science, customer success, and sales.
Define success metrics tied to operational impact: time saved, stockouts prevented, margin protected.
Champion experimentation, rapid learning, and customer obsession.

What You Bring

5+ years in product management, including 2+ years building AI/ML-powered products in production
Agent-first product thinking
Builder mentality: you prototype, test, and ship
Comfort operating in rapid cycles (days, not weeks)
Deep technical curiosity and ability to engage in architecture discussions
Strong analytical skills tied to business outcomes
Ability to ramp quickly into new domains and ambiguous problem spaces

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management exposure
Familiarity with SMB software ecosystems (QuickBooks, Xero)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, or workflow automation
Experience in growth-stage or PE-backed SaaS
Background in cloud-native or API-first platforms
