At Onyx Graphics, the Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing reseller partnerships, managing strategic customer accounts, and building strong relationships with end-users throughout an assigned territory. Serving as the primary sales representative for the western region, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and achieving sales and revenue goals. The Regional Account Manager promotes the full portfolio of Onyx software solutions and services, works closely with customers and channel partners to understand their business needs, and delivers exceptional service that supports long-term customer success. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver value and grow the business.

Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue goals by driving growth within assigned territory through reseller partners and direct customer engagement.
- Develop and execute annual business plans with key reseller partners, including revenue targets, marketing initiatives, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with reseller partners, key accounts, and end-users to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, and maintain CRM records and sales activity.
- Deliver sales training and enablement programs to help reseller partners effectively position and sell Onyx solutions.
- Collaborate with channel partners on customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, trade shows, and other sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support territory growth strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve sales objectives.
- Represent Onyx Graphics professionally at customer meetings, partner events, and industry trade shows.
- Complete special projects and other duties assigned by sales leadership.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, & Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, territory sales, business development, channel sales, or related sales roles, with 5+ years preferred in the printing industry.
- Experience in the software, technology, printing/imaging, or wide format print production industry preferred.
- Proven experience managing reseller, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of the wide format print production marketplace, including printers, competitive RIPs, workflow solutions, and end-user applications.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize time and activities in alignment with company sales objectives.
- Must reside in the Western region and be located near a major airport.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approximately 60% or more), including occasional overnight and air travel.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Schedule: The standard work schedule for this position is dependent on manager approval and may vary based on operational needs, determined based on project demands and team coordination. Fully Remote: This position operates in a fully remote work environment, with all responsibilities performed from an employee’s approved remote workspace. Employees are expected to work effectively in a virtual setting, collaborating with team members through online communication platforms, participating in virtual meetings, and engaging in remote collaboration sessions and company events as required. The role routinely requires the use of standard technology and software, including computers, phones, webcams, and productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, Teams and other design and development applications.
The position involves extended periods of sitting and prolonged use of computer and mobile device screens. Work is performed in a low-risk remote environment with minimal exposure to physical hazards. Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and ergonomic workspace and must adhere to company cybersecurity, data privacy, and confidentiality policies while performing work remotely.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
