Anatomic LP is a market leader in structural steel detailing and engineering, providing services to the U.S. and Canadian steel markets for over 23 years. We specialize in complex steel preconstruction, estimating, structure detailing, precast concrete detailing, engineering, connection design, and project renderings. Some of our notable projects include the Denver International Airport Hotel and Train Canopy and the Mercedes-Benz Atlanta Falcons stadium. We are an award winning firm as reflected in our mission statement: "Deliver excellence in every aspect of the detailing process."

Position Overview:
We are looking for a USA-based Business Development & Estimating Manager, preferably in the CET zone area, to join our team. This is a remote work role with long-term career growth opportunities as we continue to expand. In this position you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, reviewing project estimates, preparing and presenting proposals to clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting all business lines offered by Anatomic LP. US travel is a requirement for this position to attend in person client meetings, trade shows, and other business networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the US and Canadian construction industry
Review estimates prepared by the estimating team to ensure project scope is covered and hourly estimates are correct
Prepare project proposals/bids and deliver to clients in response to RFPs
Work closely with the team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets and to achieve overall company objectives
Promote, negotiate, and sell all Anatomic LP. services including steel detailing, preconstruction, design detailing, precast concrete detailing, engineering, and connection design, as well as project renderings and animations
Conduct in person client visits to existing customers for relationship management.
Cold calling and business development activities to secure new customers and convert leads to bidding relationships and subsequently to new customers
Visit potential clients in person and deliver sales presentations to secure new business
Follow up with past project bids submitted for pricing feedback and conversion to closed sales
Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote and sell Anatomic LP. services

Qualifications:

~10 years of experience in sales (constructions sales preferable)
~5 years of experience in steel project estimating (steel detailing estimating preferable)
Ability to prepare and deliver project bids and proposals to clients
Solid understanding of the structural steel industry (steel detailing experience an asset)
Basic knowledge of engineering platforms Adobe & Bluebeam
Ability to read and understand structural design drawings
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
University degree or college diploma (marketing or construction/engineering designations an asset)
Well-organized with strong time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is an asset
