Beyond Driven – Men’s Performance & Relationship Coach

Location: Remote (US-based, CST hours preferred)
Employment Type: W2 - Full-Time
Compensation: $70K–$90K+ (Base + Performance Incentives)

The Role

As a Beyond Driven coach, you will guide men through our Total Breakthrough Academy and advanced programs using our proven Inside Out Method to drive lasting change. You will work with clients in both 1-on-1 and group settings, helping them to:

Rebuild trust and communication in their relationships
Master emotional regulation and resilience
Break destructive cycles and uncover blind spots
Strengthen their identity and purpose

You will not handle sales, marketing, or admin overload—our team manages all client acquisition and operations. Your focus will be on transformation, client success, and retention.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly group coaching calls and bi-weekly 1-on-1 strategy sessions via Zoom
Facilitate client progress through curriculum, tools, and exercises
Hold clients accountable to commitments and challenge them when needed
Track progress, milestones, and engagement in HubSpot and internal systems
Attend weekly coaches’ meetings and contribute to program improvement
Identify client blind spots and adapt strategies to individual needs
Collaborate with the coaching team to deliver exceptional client outcomes

Requirements

Proven coaching experience (personal development, relationship coaching, or emotional intelligence work preferred)
Experience coaching or mentoring leaders, executives, or high-performing men.
Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive topics such as marriage conflict, trust repair, emotional regulation, and identity work.
Strong understanding of trust rebuilding, communication skills, and emotional regulation strategies
Ability to balance empathy with direct accountability
Exceptional listening, questioning, and facilitation skills
Experience leading group sessions and 1-on-1 coaching
Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Flexible availability (primarily CST working hours)
Evidence of your own personal growth journey—coaches here do the work they teach
