Registered Nurse Review Analyst | Remote | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse Review Analyst with 5+ years of health-related experience to provide clinical education, quality review, training program coordination, and audit support. This is a Contract opportunity.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote Local to MI

Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours

Worker Type: W2

Core Requirements:

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
Current, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
5+ years of health-related experience
3–5 years of Care Management and/or Utilization Management experience
Experience conducting quality reviews and clinical assessments
Strong communication, organizational, and training skills

We Consider It A Bonus If You Also Have:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
Certification in Case Management (CM)
Experience supporting accreditation activities
Experience developing clinical training programs and educational materials

Job Responsibilities:

Provide clinical education and support to staff.
Conduct quality reviews on clinical cases.
Develop and maintain training manuals and educational resources.
Mentor new employees throughout onboarding and training.
Assist with accreditation activities and internal/external audits.
Collaborate with leadership to improve training effectiveness and clinical quality.
