High-Ticket Sales Closer (Cold Caller) | 20% Commission | Commission-Only | $150K–$300K+ OTE | Remote

Evolved Media is a full-service digital marketing and media production agency based in the Hudson Valley. We combine commercial-grade video, drone cinematography, photography, web design, SEO, and paid media into one unified growth system — and we're building a team of closers to sell it to premium local businesses.

This is a cold-calling role, first and foremost — and it's commission-only. There is no base salary. You earn 20% on every deal you close, plus performance bonuses, with no cap on your income. If you're a closer who bets on yourself, the math below is yours to run up.

THIS IS A PHONE JOB — ~90% COLD CALLING

Your pipeline is built by you, on the phone. Roughly 90% of your deals start as cold calls to business owners who've never heard of us. We do generate some warm and inbound leads, and you'll get them — but they're a bonus, not a crutch. If you love the dial, the pitch, and turning a cold "who is this?" into a closed deal, you'll thrive here. If you need leads handed to you, this isn't the role.

We keep it lean on purpose. You'll get a quick call to get started, the pitch, the packages, the portfolio, and the target info you need — then we let you run. No micromanagement, no busywork, no endless meetings. Just call, close, repeat. The closers who win here are self-managed and want the freedom to go.

HOW YOU'RE PAID — 20% ON EVERY CLOSED DEAL

Commission-only, no base salary, paid within 7 days of client payment, no cap:

- Launchpad ($5K package) = $1,000 per sale

- Authority ($10K package) = $2,000 per sale

- Ascendant ($15K package) = $3,000 per sale

- Empire ($25K+ package) = $5,000+ per sale

Plus performance bonuses when you hit milestones.

REALISTIC EARNINGS

- Ramping (1 sale/week): $100,000–$150,000 per year

- Average (2 sales/week): $200,000–$300,000 per year

- Top performer (3+ sales/week): $300,000+ per year

WHAT WE HAND YOU (THEN GET OUT OF THE WAY)

- A starter target list and high-value territories to dial into — luxury home builders, roofers, landscapers, and fine-dining restaurants across Hudson Valley NY, NYC outer boroughs, Delaware Beaches, and Ocean City MD. Most have little to no digital presence, so the ROI pitch writes itself.

- A professional sales deck with package comparisons, ROI math, and a real production portfolio (commercials, drone reels, brand films) to close with.

- Proven cold-call scripts, case studies, proposal templates, and a CRM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Cold call business owners every day — this is the core of the role.

- Run discovery calls and tailored presentations over Zoom.

- Work any warm or inbound leads that come your way as a bonus to your outbound.

- Keep your CRM current and hit your monthly revenue targets.

WHO YOU REPORT TO

You'll work under Mike Hoang, who keeps the structure lean and the direction clear — straightforward targets, direct feedback, and the autonomy to run your own day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Someone who genuinely likes cold calling and high-volume outbound.

- 3+ years of high-ticket B2B sales experience ($5K+ deals).

- A track record of $100K+ in personal sales revenue in any 12-month window.

- Comfortable in a commission-only role; disciplined, self-managed, and thick-skinned.

- Strong objection-handling and active-listening skills.

- Professional video-call setup (camera, lighting, quiet space, reliable internet).

Bonus points: agency or home-services/hospitality sales experience, an existing SMB book of business, or CRM fluency (HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive).
