Join our dynamic creative team as an Animator/Designer, where your passion for visual storytelling and digital artistry will bring ideas to life across a variety of media. In this role, you will craft captivating character animations, engaging motion graphics, and stunning visual effects that elevate our projects to new heights. We are seeking a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong foundation in both 2D and 3D animation, and proficiency in industry-standard software. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to innovative digital content that inspires and entertains audiences worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilities

Character Animation: Develop high-quality character animations using tools like Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine, ensuring fluidity and emotional expressiveness.
Motion Graphics & VFX: Create compelling motion graphics and visual effects to enhance music video productions and interactive media projects.
Asset Creation: Design and produce digital art assets, including illustrations, textures, and models, utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, ZBrush, Mudbox, or Blender.
Technical Implementation: Implement animations and effects within game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, optimizing for performance and visual fidelity.
Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize ideas through storyboards, sketches, and prototypes.
Workflow Automation: Utilize scripting languages like Python or C# to automate workflows or develop interactive features.
Post-Production: Conduct post-production editing using Adobe Premiere or After Effects to assemble final videos with seamless transitions and color grading based on color theory principles.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, ZBrush, Mudbox, or Unreal Engine) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
Animation Fundamentals: Strong ability to create both 2D and 3D animations with a deep understanding of anatomy, motion physics, and visual storytelling.
Game Engine Experience: Experience working within game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine to develop immersive experiences.
Core Design Knowledge: Understanding of computer graphics concepts (lighting, shading, rendering) and digital art fundamentals (typography, graphic design principles, photography basics).
Scripting Ability: Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or C#) for automation and interactive development.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment using version control systems like Perforce.
