Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Debt Relief Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This position focuses on helping consumers evaluate debt settlement and debt validation solutions based on their individual financial circumstances.

The ideal candidate has previous debt-relief sales experience, understands how to review consumer debt and credit information, and can confidently guide qualified prospects through the consultation, application, and enrollment process.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales role for an experienced closer who is comfortable working with inbound and outbound leads, maintaining an organized pipeline, and consistently following up with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional inbound and outbound sales calls with consumers seeking assistance with unsecured debt
Explain debt settlement and debt validation services accurately and clearly
Review credit reports, creditor accounts, unsecured debt balances, income, expenses, and financial hardship information
Determine whether prospective clients meet the company’s qualification requirements
Present appropriate program options based on each consumer’s financial circumstances
Address questions and objections using an ethical and consultative sales approach
Guide qualified consumers through the application and enrollment process
Obtain accurate consumer, creditor, financial, and payment information
Send enrollment documents and follow up until all required documents are completed
Maintain detailed and accurate notes for every consumer interaction
Manage leads, opportunities, appointments, tasks, documents, and client statuses in Forth CRM and Salesforce
Complete scheduled follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Communicate with management, processing, compliance, and backend departments through Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Follow approved scripts, disclosures, procedures, and compliance requirements
Protect confidential consumer and financial information
Meet individual enrollment, enrolled-debt, conversion, attendance, and quality expectations
Participate in sales coaching, call reviews, compliance training, and team meetings

Required Experience

Previous debt settlement, debt validation, debt relief, consumer finance, or closely related financial-sales experience
Demonstrated experience closing debt-relief enrollments over the phone
Experience reviewing consumer credit reports and unsecured debt accounts
Working knowledge of debt settlement and debt validation sales processes
Experience using Forth CRM
Experience using Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience managing leads, opportunities, follow-up tasks, dispositions, and client records in a CRM
Strong phone presence, communication skills, objection-handling ability, and closing ability
Ability to explain financial information clearly and professionally
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Ability to work independently while meeting production and quality expectations
Ability to communicate professionally with consumers experiencing financial hardship

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with both inbound and outbound debt-relief leads
Familiarity with debt-relief enrollment documents and backend submission requirements
Experience offering both debt settlement and debt validation programs
Understanding of cancellation, NSF, returned-file, document-completion, and welcome-call metrics
Proven history of achieving enrolled-debt and conversion goals
Experience working in a structured and compliance-focused sales environment

Performance Expectations

Success in this role may be measured using:

Total enrolled debt
Number of completed enrollments
Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
Average enrolled debt
Follow-up task completion rate
Cancellation rate
NSF rate
Returned-file rate
CRM accuracy
Call quality and compliance

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit for this position if you are an experienced debt-relief salesperson who understands that successful selling requires more than reading a script.

You know how to build trust, identify financial hardship, explain available solutions, overcome objections professionally, maintain consistent follow-up, and complete accurate enrollments.

Applicants without previous debt-relief or closely related financial-sales experience may not be considered.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced and performance-oriented sales environment. Representatives are expected to manage their assigned leads, maintain accurate CRM records, communicate consistently with the team, and take ownership of their production.

Required systems include Forth CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
