Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time | Permanent | Remote with some travel | $65,000–$70,000 (base) + Monthly Bonus Potential
Make an Impact Without Giving Up Flexibility: At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we believe BCBAs should have the opportunity to do meaningful clinical work while maintaining flexibility in how and where they work.
As a Remote Visiting BCBA, you’ll provide clinical leadership and continuity of care for an assigned ABC center while working primarily from home. You’ll travel to your assigned center for three consecutive full workdays each month, allowing you to build relationships with your team, provide hands-on clinical support, and stay connected to the patients and families you serve.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced BCBA who enjoys clinical leadership, values collaboration, and wants the flexibility of a remote position without stepping away from direct patient care.
What You’ll Do: You’ll take ownership of an assigned caseload of children receiving Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI), partnering closely with the in-center team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
How the Visiting Model Works: This position is designed around continuity of care and flexibility.
You will:
- Work primarily from your home office.
- Support one assigned ABC location at a time, rather than managing patients across multiple buildings.
- Travel to your assigned market for three consecutive full workdays each month.
- Provide clinical coverage for an existing team of patients and technicians.
- Adjust your schedule as needed to support the time zone of your assigned location.
- Travel to markets where clinical support is needed, currently including Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
- Have travel, licensure-related expenses, and other approved travel costs covered by ABC.
