Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations.
Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems.
Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.

Pay & Benefits:

$15/hr - $16/hr

Work Environment:

Full-time position (8-hour shift)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (10am - 7pm EST); rotating Saturday shifts (8am - 4pm EST)
