Location: Remote

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development fundamentals, solid programming knowledge, and hands-on experience building Python-based applications. Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows and tools will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems and APIs using Python.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements and engineering standards.

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and AI-based tools when required.

Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity and code quality where appropriate.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Strong understanding of backend development fundamentals and core programming concepts.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, or similar AI coding tools is a strong plus.

Understanding of modern AI-driven development workflows, prompt engineering, debugging assistance, and productivity tooling will be preferred.

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
