BlackDog Advertising is looking for an experienced full-time Project Manager to create and execute workflows and to track and assign client projects to our creative team. Ideal candidates will have experience working within an advertising or marketing agency and a strong ability to work on numerous projects for multiple client accounts on a daily basis.

Looking for Candidates with the Following Attributes & Skill Sets:

5+ years project management experience within a Digital Advertising/Marketing agency
Strong working knowledge of digital creative and social media creative
Team player willing to support other team members with work overflow
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and work well within a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Daily coordination with Creatives, Account Managers, Project Managers and other staff members to determine the status and obstacles of all projects
Assist Creatives, Account Managers, and Project Managers with creation, implementation, and ongoing management of both new and existing internal processes to improve overall productivity and workflows
Use problem-solving and interpersonal skills to track down project details, changes, and revisions, resolve issues, and locate missing information to provide clear direction to the creative staff
Monitor design time tracking and project due dates
Coordinate with designers, Creatives, Account Managers, and Project Managers to ensure production workflow & deadlines for internal proofs, external proofs & publication due dates are met
Help the design team to continue using the brand guidelines on each project in order to create continuity and keep budgets in order.
Review work to confirm basic needs of artwork (branding, specs, CTAs, provided assets, links) are executed properly, timely, and to the required specifications by Clients, Directors, Project Managers, Traffic, Design, Digital Marketing and Copywriting teams.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on budget and in a timely manner
Assist in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication with internal teams and with clients regarding project details and status

Must Haves

5+ years of experience after graduation, working in client services and/or project management within an advertising agency
Strong ability to work on numerous projects for multiple client accounts on a daily basis
High attention to detail
Self-starter; effective in managing projects from the ground up
Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong organizational and managerial skills
Customer service-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate & work effectively with multiple teams

Software Knowledge

Proficient in Mac operating system
Proficiency in Google Drive suite (Sheets, Docs, etc) is preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Sprout, and/or similar software programs is preferred
Knowledge of Workamajig is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field or comparable professional experience

Full-time Remote Position
Hours: 9 am – 6 pm EST, Monday – Friday
Salary Range – 55K -75K
