Job description

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Concierge Team!

Cruise or travel experience preferred but will train the right candidate!

What you will do: Answer incoming service calls & assist caller with:

· Payments

· Changes

· Cancellations

· Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer service complaints with patience, professionalism, and escalating issues when needed.

· Responsible for replying service/info/Concierge inbox emails

· Confirm online bookings

· Cross train on QC and Final payment reports

· Open group Inventory

· Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong math skills.
Proactive, positive attitude and a passion for service.

Equipment:

All employees must have reliable technological tools for the job. Cruises-N-More provides a laptop computer sufficient for all job functionalities. It will include a docking station for setting up additional accessories that may be needed. It is required that the employee have a keyboard, mouse, proper audio, and an additional monitor for the for the most efficient workspace. Employees must use technological resources solely for work-related purposes. No unauthorized software should be installed, nor should the device configurations be altered by the employee.

The Internet must be high speed, with a minimum of 150 Mbps, and capable of managing many tasks and the Nextiva internet-based phone system used for optimum performance and lower disturbances. A separate router may be required specifically for VoIP phone capabilities depending on the provider and the modem and router they supply. This will be supplied by Cruises-N-More if required.

Work Environment Requirements:

Dedicated, quiet area to work.
Headset or one can be provided

Schedule:

10am-7pm with 1 hour lunch, morning & afternoon breaks.
Monday to Friday
Work up to 2 Saturdays a month during wave season. (March)
Closed on Sunday

Pay: $18.00 per hour
