Hi, we’re Fountain Vitality – a telemedicine company looking for nurse practitioners to join the medical team. We offer concierge TRT & HRT telehealth treatment to our thousands of happy members around the United States.

Fountain launched in 2021, and we are growing extremely fast (while delivering a higher-quality, more concierge experience than almost anyone else).

In fact, we have one of the highest Trustpilot ratings (4.9 stars out of 5) in the United States for a telemedicine company, because we go above and beyond to deliver the best possible experience unlike any others.

This is an opportunity to work directly with women struggling with peri/menopause as well as men with low testosterone.

The work is very gratifying—we have heard countless times that our programs are "life-changing."

This is a fully remote position, which means you can work from anywhere. Additionally, you will have the flexibility and lifestyle that comes with working in a startup environment.

We highly value nurse practitioners who are licensed in multiple states, as we currently operate in approximately 25 states. For this specific position, having an NP license in CA, MD, MI, NJ, NV, and PA is highly preferred.

We are looking for nurse practitioners with empathy for and understanding of both menopause and testosterone deficiency.

Prior experience prescribing TRT/HRT medications is required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the desire to collaborate with others on this fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

See patients via online video visits, using clinical protocols
Provide TRT/HRT telemedicine visits
Follow practice's protocols to order and review labs and prescribe appropriately
Provide feedback on documentation, systems, and operational processes so that we can efficiently and effectively keep growing
Go above and beyond to make our patients feel like they’re in good hands

Requirements:

Active NP medical license in multiple states.
Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy
Active DEA license in the state of practice
Passion for providing excellent patient care
Exceptional communication skills
Growth mindset
Available ~35- 40 hrs/week

Preferred:

Knowledge of clinical standards of care
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently
Interest in skills development
