About Mandy Patterson Coaching
At Mandy Patterson Coaching, our mission is to help athletes overcome mental blocks and fears so they can rediscover confidence, pursue their goals, and experience authentic joy in their sport and life.
Founded by Mandy Patterson, MPC specializes in supporting cheerleaders and gymnasts struggling with fear, anxiety, confidence issues, and mental blocks.
Mandy’s journey began as a former cheerleader, gymnastics and tumbling coach, and D1 competitive cheer athlete who personally experienced mental blocks and perfectionism throughout her athletic career. Today, she combines that lived experience with professional training as a Certified Mental Game Coaching Professional to help athletes navigate challenges faster and healthier than she once did.
We believe athletes are people first and athletes second. Our goal is not to create champions at any cost. Our goal is to help athletes thrive both in sport and in life.
About the Role
We are seeking a part time, virtual Mental Performance Coach to support athletes ages 10+ and their families inside our Mind Over Mental Block and A-Game Athlete programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping athletes grow in confidence, overcome fear, and develop healthier mental performance habits. You must genuinely enjoy listening, asking thoughtful questions, building relationships, and guiding athletes through challenges with both compassion and accountability.
You will work directly alongside Mandy and the MPC team in a fast growing company that offers long term opportunities for leadership and growth.
This is a remote, part time W2 position.
