About Cart Capital

Cart Capital builds and operates branded eCommerce businesses for a network of capital partners. We handle the entire operation — store builds, product sourcing, creative, media buying, payment infrastructure, and backend retention — while the partner owns the brand. We've built over 500 brands and run a team of 65.

We're hiring a Client Success & Onboarding Manager to own the partner experience from the moment they sign through their first year of operation.

What you'll do

Onboarding — the first 30 days of a partner's lifecycle

Run welcome and onboarding calls with new partners. Set expectations, walk them through the build timeline, and answer questions clearly and confidently
Collect and verify entity documents, banking information, and account access
Coordinate business banking and payment processing applications with our internal teams
Set up partner communication channels and get every account correctly provisioned
Hand off a clean, complete file to the account management team on schedule

Account management — ongoing

Own a portfolio of partner brands as their primary point of contact
Prepare and publish monthly performance statements covering revenue, expenses, net profit, and payout
Answer partner questions on performance, timelines, and account status in Slack, usually same-day
Manage a support ticket queue and drive issues to resolution across internal departments
Track each partner's recoupment progress and flag brands that need attention before the partner has to ask
Handle difficult conversations directly, calmly, and without escalating them

What we're looking for

2+ years in client success, account management, onboarding, or a similar client-facing role
Excellent spoken and written English. You'll be on video calls with partners who have significant capital in play. Clarity and composure matter more than polish
Comfort with numbers. You'll be reading and explaining P&Ls every month. You don't need an accounting background, but you need to look at a revenue and expense breakdown and explain it to someone who can't
Organized to a fault. This role runs on checklists, deadlines, and follow-through. Nothing can fall through
Self-directed. This is a fully remote team and nobody is going to watch you work
Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs, and quick to pick up new internal tools

Nice to have

eCommerce, DTC, or digital marketing background
Experience in a role where clients had real money at stake — financial services, agency account management, high-ticket programs, or similar
Experience with GoHighLevel or ClickUp

Details

Full-time, fully remote
Hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Most partner calls fall inside this window
Reports to the VP of Partner Relations

Compensation

$50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to onboarding volume and portfolio retention.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
