Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to serve as a Collaborating Physician supporting a team of NPs and PAs. In this role, you’ll provide clinical oversight, consultation, and collaborative support to advance practice clinicians delivering high-quality behavioral health care. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking flexible engagement, meaningful clinical impact, and partnership in a growing care model.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with assigned NPs and PAs.
Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and case review when needed.
Ensure compliance with state practice regulations and collaborative practice agreement requirements.
Participate in required chart reviews and quality assurance activities as outlined in applicable state law.
Be available for periodic communication and clinical oversight as specified in agreements

Qualifications

Required

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state(s) of collaboration (state licenses as required).
Experience working with or supervising NPs/PAs preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
Commitment to collaborative, evidence-based patient care.
