Job Title:

Part-Time BCBA (1099) – Virtual/In-Home BCBA with Mentorship and Flexibility

About the Role

We’re seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, independent, BCBA-owned ABA practice in the Greater Atlanta Georgia area.

This practice was launched with support from Headstart and is led by a BCBA who values mentorship, high-quality care, and a flexible, team-centered approach. As the caseload grows, she’s looking for another BCBA to provide in-home ABA therapy with full clinical autonomy and strong support behind the scenes.

This is an opportunity to:

Work directly with families in their homes
Lead your caseload with freedom and flexibility
Be mentored by an experienced, values-driven BCBA
Build a flexible in-home/telehealth schedule that fits your real life
Focus on clients—not admin or quotas

What Makes This Role Different

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA therapy
Supervise RBTs and support their ongoing development
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with funding sources
Collaborate with families and team members to support meaningful progress
Show up with creativity and joy—therapy here includes silliness, creativity and human connection.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification and Georgia state licensure
Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity
Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload
Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and values-aligned care

Compensation and Details

Pay: $75-90/hour (1099 contractor) with the option to be a W2 employee if preferred.
Schedule: 15–25 hours/week, you set your availability (flexible and room to grow!)
Location: In-home sessions in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area. We have multiple different caseloads ready to go, so let us know what part of Atlanta is most convenient!
Support: Administrative and operational support provided through Headstart-- You focus on providing care!
