Equitysmith is an international asset securitization and investment platform specializing in Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization. We are positioned to re-invent capitalization options for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) owners/investors by transforming high-value, illiquid commercial holdings into blockchain-native, fractionalized and securitized investment vehicles. Our goal is to participate in the unlocking of multi-trillion-dollar pools of "dead capital" across LatAm.

Equitysmith operates exclusively in international jurisdictions, bypassing the U.S. retail market to focus entirely on institutional-grade cross-border assets. We have the technical plumbing, structural architecture, and legal frameworks ready; we are now looking for a specialized connector to help secure our North American or offshore anchor partner.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly sophisticated Strategic Partnerships Consultant with a deep background in mid-market investment banking, venture capital, or cross-border structured finance.

In this role, you will act as a senior originator, leveraging your existing network to identify, source, and secure a strategic partnership or joint venture (JV) with a financial services entity. Your target entities include boutique merchant banks, fintech-focused venture capital firms, or alternative asset managers who have a mandate for international expansion or cross-border alternative yields.

The ultimate objective of this contract is to secure a collaboration to launch a pilot institutional tokenization project targeting premier commercial real estate markets in Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and other high-growth Latin American jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Target Identification & Qualification: Refine and prioritize a high-conviction target list of mid-market investment banks, VCs, and alternative private equity hubs in the U.S. and Canada.
C-Suite Originating: Conduct discreet, peer-to-peer outreach to key decision-makers (Managing Directors, Partners, Heads of Alternative Assets/Structured Products).
Deal Structuring Advisory: Present Equitysmith’s institutional securitization model to prospective partners, handling high-level structural, regulatory, and financial discovery.
Partnership Facilitation: Guide initial conversations through the pipeline from introductory exploratory calls to a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Joint Venture framework.

Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Pedigree: 7+ years of experience within investment banking, structured corporate finance, international private equity, or institutional fintech venture capital.
The Rolodex: A verifiable, active network of senior executives and decision-makers within mid-market financial services across the US and Canada.
Cross-Border Exposure: Strong familiarity with cross-border capital flows, asset-backed securitization, or alternative yield mechanisms. Specific operational or deal-making experience in Latin American financial markets (particularly Chile, Brazil, or Colombia) is a massive advantage.
Modern FinTech Literacy: A solid grasp of alternative finance infrastructure—specifically Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, blockchain-native security registries, or decentralized financial plumbing.
The Mindset: A self-directed, articulate operator who can confidently communicate macro-level financial arbitrage to institutional stakeholders. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is preferred but not required.
