We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Pre-Approval Coordinator who wants to compete, win, and grow alongside one of the top-performing mortgage teams in the Midwest. Schedule:

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
Some evening and weekend coverage expected

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

Review borrower documentation and loan applications
Pull and review credit reports
Run AUS findings and review eligibility
Structure loan files for pre-approval review
Communicate directly with borrowers throughout the pre-approval process
Work closely with Loan Officers to keep deals moving quickly and efficiently
Maintain and update CRM systems and loan status information
Deliver a high-level borrower experience through responsiveness and strong communication
Manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced production environment
Help the team compete at a high level by creating speed, organization, and consistency throughout the pre-approval process

Qualifications:

Previous mortgage industry experience required
Licensed Loan Officer preferred
Experience with Encompass LOS required
Strong mortgage knowledge and understanding of loan structuring
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
