Remote Automotive Claims Adjusters - **EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A REMOTE AUTOMOTIVE CLAIMS ANALYST IS REQUIRED**

At DOWC, we are continuously searching for qualified individuals to work within our rapidly growing Claims department. We are searching for professionals who are currently employed in the Automotive field and are offering exceptional customer service in a dealership, repair facility or a call center. Technical/mechanical experience is required. You must be career oriented and looking to take your skills to the next level. You will be working in a newly renovated corporate office, assisting our clients via telephone with their warranty needs and/or mechanical breakdowns.

Total Loss / GAP Claims Adjusters
Senior Claims Analysts

Primary Shift Hours Needed:

11:30PM - 8PM EST - REMOTE

Additional Shifts May Be Available

Summary of Duties:

Answer daily phone call customer inquiries and resolve matters promptly
Possess the ability and eagerness to learn and grow into the position
Review and explain all inquiries pertaining to our contract guidelines.
Able to communicate with customers effectively by telephone and computer
Use multiple computer programs to provide customer service and review documents
Provide roadside assistance and make payments
Assist customers with any questions or concerns related to their contracts
Must have knowledge of automotive technical/diagnostic repair

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A REMOTE AUTOMOTIVE CLAIMS ANALYST IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE. You will kindly be auto-rejected if you do not have remote automotive claims experience.
Proven hands-on automotive repair or equivalent automotive technical experience is required - kindly do not apply if you do not have automotive experience
High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or a bachelor’s degree a plus
An understanding of the theory of Automotive Technology and diagnostics is helpful
Experience in a repair shop or dealership as a service advisor, technician, service manager, or handling AAA roadside assistance.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proficient use of current computer systems such as Microsoft Office
Ability to handle heavy phone volume
Possess customer service skills around conflict resolution and negotiation
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multitask, and always remain professional.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) candidates a plus but not a requirement.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Pay Info: $28 - $34/hr depending on experience
