- Analyze recurring errors and determine whether root causes relate to training needs, supervisor process gaps, workflow deficiencies, client complexity, or system issues.
- Implement corrective action plans and process improvements to strengthen quality and consistency.
- Step into complex accounting matters when needed, including difficult reconciliations, unusual accounting treatments, payroll allocations, multi-entity issues, or urgent close support.

- Develop and refine standardized accounting procedures, checklists, review processes, and workflow controls.
- Improve accounting workflows to reduce rework, missed steps, delays, and avoidable errors.
- Support implementation of new technology, automation, dashboards, and workflow tools.
