Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Director of Recruitment reports to the Corporate Director and is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring leaders needs are being met, overall agency costs are being reduced and Executive and hospital-level leadership roles are being filled. This position evaluates and enhances the Performance Management and Talent Planning processes to ensure meaningful outcomes on weekly recruitment calls, robust talent pools via innovative recruitment methods, and complete succession plans for director-level and above roles.

Responsibilities:

Utilize strong communication techniques and team management
Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations
Maintain regular communication with Corporate Leadership on hiring barriers and challenges that are being faced every day
Daily collaboration with local leaders to break down those barriers to effectively work through the challenges

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or Consultant
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
At least two years of managing a recruiting team in a multi-site organization
At least one year of healthcare recruitment experience
Excellent interpersonal skills to lead, manage and develop team
Strong decision-making skills
Willingness to travel on occasion for recruiting assignments

Proven leadership style with positive results
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
