ABOUT CENTURION GLOBAL CAPITAL
Centurion Global Capital (CGC) is a strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of institutional capital and project-level deal flow. We work selectively with project sponsors and operators across domestic and global markets to prepare, structure, and align real asset and project finance opportunities for institutional capital engagement.
CGC maintains active relationships with institutional capital providers positioned to deploy both debt and equity into qualified projects — with a preferred focus on Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and selective engagement across broader domestic and international markets.
We are not a brokerage. We are not a volume platform. We are a disciplined, relationship-driven advisory firm that works selectively with credible sponsors and experienced Directors.
THE ROLE
Centurion Global Capital is seeking a Capital Markets Deal Sourcing Director to bring qualified project sponsors and real asset opportunities into an institutional advisory platform backed by active debt and equity capital — for projects from $25M to $500M and above — with a preferred focus on Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and selective engagement across broader domestic and global markets.
What CGC brings to your sponsors: institutional capital capacity for both debt and equity across qualified real asset and project finance opportunities. Directors who introduce credible opportunities give their sponsors access to a structured, institutional-grade capital path that most sponsors cannot access independently.
This is not a cold calling role. This is not a business development or traditional sales position.
This role is for senior professionals who already maintain active, trusted relationships with project sponsors, developers, and operators — and who want to leverage those relationships within a structured institutional environment backed by real capital.
If you currently hold direct relationships with sponsors seeking $25M or more in project capital — across commercial real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, energy, industrial, medical, or any real asset sector — this platform is built for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and present qualified sponsor relationships and project finance opportunities to CGC
- Pre-screen deals for alignment with CGC standards and institutional capital expectations
- Identify structural, documentation, or positioning gaps in sponsor-led opportunities
- Collaborate with CGC leadership on capital readiness and deal positioning strategy
- Maintain active, trusted relationships with sponsors across target sectors and geographies
- Operate with strict confidentiality and professional discipline at all times

- Florida

- South Carolina
Also Considered:
- Broader domestic U.S. markets — selective engagement based on sponsor quality and deal size
- International — global projects considered on a case-by-case basis with credible sponsors and institutional-quality documentation
TARGET SECTORS

- Stages: Development, acquisition, recapitalization, infrastructure buildout
- Sponsor type: Experienced developers, established operators, institutional-quality project sponsors
- Geography: Sunshine States preferred — domestic and global considered
WHO THIS IS FOR
You are a strong fit if you can honestly say yes to all of the following:
- You hold active, direct relationships with project sponsors or developers — not contact lists, not databases — real relationships where the sponsor picks up the phone when you call
- You have current or recent visibility into sponsor-led projects seeking $25M or more in capital
- You understand the difference between a mid-market deal and an institutional-quality opportunity — and you know which one you are working with
- You operate with professional discipline around confidentiality and long-term relationship management
- You are comfortable working independently as a 1099 Director on a performance-based compensation structure
Professionals who typically qualify include:
- Former senior commercial real estate lenders or relationship managers at regional and national banks — Southeast markets preferred (Truist, Regions, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, SunTrust)
- Senior commercial real estate brokers at director level or above with active developer client relationships (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Newmark)
- Former developers or operators who built or managed institutional-scale projects and retained their sponsor networks after exiting their platform
- Infrastructure, energy, or project finance professionals with sponsor-side relationships in Southeast or domestic markets
- Capital markets advisors or independent placement professionals with recurring sponsor engagement and institutional deal flow
- Family office advisors who interact regularly with project sponsors and developers seeking project capital
If you do not currently hold active, direct sponsor relationships with projects seeking $25M or more in capital, this role is not a fit at this time.
COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based advisory Director arrangement. There is no base salary or retainer.
- Directors participate in advisory fees generated in connection with aligned engagements
- Directors with consistent access to $100M+ deal flow should expect meaningful six-figure annual participation
- Compensation scales directly with the quality and consistency of sponsor relationships and deal flow introduced
- Designed for repeat engagement and long-term relationship value — not single-transaction events
- Fully remote and self-directed — flexible schedule
The compensation range displayed reflects realistic annual participation for active Directors. Individual results depend entirely on the quality and volume of sponsor relationships and deal flow introduced. This is not a guaranteed income arrangement — it is an advisory fee participation platform for senior professionals with real, active deal flow.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a sponsor-facing, capital markets, or project finance role
- Active, demonstrable relationships with project sponsors or developers in real asset sectors — verifiable, not theoretical
- Transaction experience at $25M or above involving debt, equity, or structured capital
- Working understanding of institutional expectations around deal structure, documentation, and capital positioning
- Extensive experience operating under NDA and confidentiality frameworks
- Professional discipline and long-term relationship orientation — not transactional
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active sponsor relationships in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Transaction experience at $100M or above across real asset or infrastructure sectors
- Background in commercial real estate lending, investment banking, or institutional capital advisory
- Sector depth in two or more CGC target verticals
- Familiarity with both debt and equity capital structures at the project finance level
- Existing domestic and international sponsor or developer network
