Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive enterprise software implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear project scope and objectives
Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies like PMBOK, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Waterfall, and Agile frameworks including SAFe and Kanban
Coordinate software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management
Manage project schedules, track progress using Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and other project management software to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate communication across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project goals and deliverables
Oversee enterprise solutions implementation involving databases such as SQL and Oracle, IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud computing initiatives (AWS), disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance
Lead project leadership efforts by supervising technical project managers and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency

Skills

Extensive experience with AWS cloud computing platforms and enterprise software solutions
Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile practices, Kanban boards, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile planning techniques
Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development (TDD)
Technical expertise in databases such as SQL and Oracle; familiarity with IT infrastructure components
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively within time constraints
Leadership experience supervising technical project managers or program management teams
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation; adept at project scheduling and risk management
Knowledge of IT governance standards, disaster recovery strategies, release management processes, and enterprise solutions implementation
