We're looking for a University & College Sales Representatives to build relationships with collegiate athletic programs and introduce SportsReflector to coaches, athletic departments, strength & conditioning teams, sports scientists, and performance staff.
The Opportunity
This person will be responsible for building SportsReflector's presence within collegiate athletics.
You'll identify programs, establish relationships, demonstrate the platform, and help universities understand how SportsReflector can become part of their athlete development and coaching infrastructure.
You will be selling a platform — not simply an app.

What You'll Do
- Build a pipeline of universities and colleges
- Identify athletic departments and individual sports programs
- Prospect Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Athletic Directors, Strength & Conditioning Directors, Sports Scientists, and Performance Directors
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and existing networks
- Schedule and conduct SportsReflector demonstrations
- Present customized use cases for individual sports and departments
- Help programs understand how SportsReflector can complement their existing technology stack
- Develop university partnership proposals
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle
- Build long-term relationships with athletic departments
- Identify opportunities to expand from one team to multiple teams or the entire department
- Attend relevant collegiate athletics and sports technology events
- Gather feedback from coaches and athletes
- Work with Product and Marketing to improve the collegiate offering
Who We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of sales, business development, partnerships, athletics, recruiting, or similar experience
- Strong understanding of collegiate athletics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with coaches and athletic department leadership
- Strong prospecting and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Passionate about sports and athlete development

- Former collegiate athlete
- Former coach
- Experience working inside an athletic department
- Existing NCAA or university relationships
- Sports science / performance background
- Experience selling SaaS or sports technology
- Existing network among coaches or athletic directors
Compensation
Competitive base salary + commission + performance incentives
You'll have the opportunity to build SportsReflector's collegiate sales channel from the ground up and potentially grow into a University Partnerships Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, or Head of Collegiate Sales role.
