About Us:
At TRSAV (Total Rental Solutions), we provide high-level audiovisual support for conferences, conventions, corporate meetings, and trade shows — nationally and internationally. Based in Orlando, we're known for exceptional AV equipment and honest, transparent pricing. Our clients include pharmaceutical companies, associations, and Fortune 500 corporations.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented personal assistant to support the owner directly with day-to-day tasks. If you want a steady, behind-the-scenes work-from-home position where you can be trusted to handle things accurately and independently, this is a great fit.

The right person is organized, writes clearly and professionally in English, and takes pride in getting the details right. You don't need to be babysat — we're looking for a grown-up who takes initiative and follows through.

What You'll Do:

Enter and manage orders in our system (Odoo — we'll train you)
Put together quotes and orders on the owner's behalf
Write and send professional emails on the owner's behalf
Do research to support sales and operations
Keep our CRM and records accurate and up to date
Track and follow up on client communications and orders
Handle general data entry and administrative support

Must-Haves:

Strong written and verbal English (you'll be writing emails on our behalf)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable learning new software (Odoo, CRM, email — all training provided)
Able to work independently and stay focused throughout the day
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience as an administrative or executive assistant
Sales experience or sales assistant experience
Familiarity with CRM or order-management systems
