Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Compensation

Base Salary: $40,000 annually
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually (Average Commissions)
Top Producers: $100,000+ annually

Remote Sales Role — High Activity, High Earnings Potential

*Active resident license in Property & Casualty insurance is required for this role*

We’re seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Agent who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and achieving strong sales results in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll focus primarily on high-volume outbound dialing to generate conversations, while also handling follow-up and warm opportunities to convert business. You’ll be supported with structure, coaching, and clear expectations to help you succeed.

This is a great fit for someone who is both people-oriented and results-driven, and who wants the ability to grow their income based on performance.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
No weekends

What You’ll Do

Quote and sell P&C insurance (auto & home)
Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective customers
Convert conversations into quotes and closed policies
Meet daily and weekly outbound activity and sales targets
Maintain CRM activity and pipeline organization

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
1+ year of sales or insurance experience
Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
Willingness to follow a structured sales process
Reliable internet connection and home workspace
