Remote Sales Support Specialist

Company: Stellor Medical
Location: Remote
Pay: $15–$20 per hour
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time, depending on candidate fit
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime business hours preferred
Equipment Provided: Company laptop provided

About Stellor Medical

Stellor Medical is a growing manufacturers’ representative organization focused on medical equipment sales, dealer support, manufacturer partnerships, and territory growth across the United States. We work with medical equipment dealers, healthcare providers, and manufacturing partners to help bring high-quality medical products to market.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Remote Sales Support Specialist to assist with daily sales operations, customer follow-up, CRM updates, dealer communication, product information organization, and administrative support for our sales team.

Position Overview

This is a remote sales support role designed for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable on the phone and computer, and able to help keep sales activity moving. This person does not need to be a high-level salesperson, but they should be comfortable communicating with customers, dealers, sales reps, and internal team members.

The ideal candidate is someone who can follow instructions, stay organized, communicate professionally, and help support a growing sales organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Making follow-up calls and sending emails to dealers, customers, and sales contacts
Supporting outside sales representatives with daily administrative tasks
Entering and updating contacts, accounts, notes, and activity in CRM systems
Helping organize dealer lists, manufacturer information, product updates, and sales materials
Assisting with email campaigns, product announcements, promotions, and dealer communication
Tracking follow-up items and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Scheduling meetings, calls, and reminders as needed
Helping prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and sales support documents
Communicating professionally with medical equipment dealers and manufacturer partners
Supporting the company’s long-term growth through organized, consistent follow-up

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

Strong organizational skills
Professional phone and email communication skills
Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, documents, and online systems
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and complete tasks accurately
Comfortable learning CRM systems, sales tools, and product information
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to handle confidential business information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred, but not required:

Previous sales support, administrative assistant, customer service, inside sales, or CRM experience
Experience working in medical equipment, healthcare, durable medical equipment, respiratory products, mobility products, or related industries
Experience with HubSpot, CallProof, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, or similar tools
Experience supporting outside sales reps or distributor/dealer networks
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls

Compensation

$15–$20 per hour, based on experience and skill level
