Job Overview
We're looking for an ambitious, highly organized Digital Marketing, SEO & AI Marketing Intern who is passionate about the intersection of marketing, technology, artificial intelligence, analytics, and business strategy. This is not simply an SEO / AEO internship. This is not simply a marketing internship.

This is for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, learning emerging technologies, and creating measurable business impact. You'll help strengthen Signature Bay Homes' digital authority across search engines, AI-powered search platforms, our website, and our growing market intelligence platform.

You'll work directly with company leadership on meaningful projects that influence how affluent homeowners discover our company, how our brand is perceived, and how our digital marketing continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Build Signature Bay Homes' Digital Authority

Strengthen our visibility, credibility, and online presence by optimizing our website and supporting long-term SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI search initiatives.

Identify and execute on new SEO, AEO, and AI search opportunities
Optimize website pages for search performance
Improve metadata, headings, internal linking, and page structure
Organize content into strategic topic clusters with stronger internal linking
Support structured data (schema) implementation
Identify content gaps and contribute to content development
Optimize images for performance, accessibility, and search

Grow Our Digital Image Library & AI Visual Assets

Help create a best-in-class visual library that reflects the Signature Bay Homes brand while leveraging emerging AI capabilities to improve digital marketing assets.

Organize and categorize image assets
Optimize photography for website performance
Enhance existing images using AI tools
Create supporting graphics and digital assets
Develop consistent image standards
Maintain an organized digital asset library

Build External Authority & Brand Visibility

Support initiatives that strengthen Signature Bay Homes' reputation throughout the Tampa Bay market and across digital platforms.

Research backlink opportunities
Manage directory listings
Identify partnership opportunities
Track authority-building initiatives
Support digital PR initiatives
Contribute to social media posting

Analyze Performance, Drive Continuous Improvement & Support AI Innovation

Help transform data into better decisions while leveraging artificial intelligence to continuously improve how Signature Bay Homes is discovered, operates, and delivers value. This role will support both performance measurement and emerging AI initiatives that position the company at the forefront of modern luxury home marketing.

Review Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website performance metrics
Track keyword rankings, organic visibility, and technical SEO health
Build dashboards and performance reports that identify trends and opportunities
Recommend website, content, and user experience improvements based on data
Support AI-powered search optimization and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Organize knowledge and content for the Luca Skydweller AI Market Intelligence Platform
Help identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks and streamline internal processes

Qualifications

Required

Prefer currently pursuing college degree as Sophomore, Junior or Senior in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Video, Economics, or Real Estate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
High attention to detail
Strong research and analytical abilities
Comfortable learning new software and technologies
Self-motivated with minimal supervision

Preferred

Basic understanding of SEO, AEO and digital marketing
Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Experience with Google Analytics or Search Console
Experience using ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools
Basic image editing experience (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar)
Interest in luxury brands, architecture, real estate, or design
Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and automation
