Next Level Senior Advisors helps families navigate senior care decisions with trusted, personalized guidance. We are seeking relationship-driven professionals to serve as independent Senior Living Advisors in their local communities.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants meaningful work, flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build strong relationships while making a real impact for seniors and their families.

At Next Level, Advisors operate as 1099 independent contractors while leveraging a respected brand, proven systems, training, and ongoing support designed to help them grow.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with local referral partners and community professionals
Guide families through senior living and senior care options
Develop and manage your own pipeline of families and referrals
Match and place seniors with the right care options based on needs, preferences, and budget
Establish yourself as a trusted senior living resource in your local market

Work Location

Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Next Level Senior Advisors conducts background check on all Advisors, and candidates must be comfortable with this part of the process. Do you agree to this part of the recruiting process?
While this is a remote position working from home, you must currently live in and have strong ties to the market area listed in this posting. Relocation assistance is not provided and local presence is required from day one. Do you meet this requirement?
This role is a 1099 independent contractor position with performance-based, commission-only compensation — there is no base salary. Are you fully comfortable building and operating your own book of business on this basis?
Success in this role requires self-direction, personal accountability, and consistent in-person relationship-building without a manager prompting daily activity. Does this describe how you work best?
Do you have at least 5 years of experience in senior living sales, community outreach, or a closely related relationship-based role? (Examples include Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, home health, hospice, discharge planning, case management, or rehab.)
Do you currently have an active professional network in the senior care, healthcare, or social services space — such as hospital discharge planners, social workers, hospice teams, or home health agencies?
All Advisor candidates are required to complete a background check prior to onboarding. Do you agree to this as part of the process?
