Full Job Description

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

We are seeking a Remote Office Coordinator to support our Cardiology office in Torrance, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $23/hr

Responsibilities:

Data Entry
Verify insurance coverage and patient information
Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and follow-up visits
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
Route messages to appropriate staff members
Collect co-pays and patient balances
Process patient payments and assist with basic billing duties
Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and medical records requests
Monitor patient flow and communicate wait times professionally
Complete daily administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and stocking front desk supplies

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2 years of front office experience in a clinical healthcare setting
Bilingual, required
Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
Organized and patient-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment
Must be MA certified
Must have CPR certification
