Job Title: Bilingual New Patient Coordinator (Dental)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time (Must be available Saturdays)

Are you a confident, Bilingual Spanish professional with a dental background who loves closing the deal

We are looking for a high-energy Bilingual New Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team! This is not just an administrative role; this is the front line of our practice. You will be the first voice our potential new patients hear, and your ability to connect, educate, and convert inquiries into appointments is critical to our success.

What You’ll Do:

Be the First Impression: Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to potential new patients.
Schedule Strategically: Utilize our EMR system to efficiently schedule new patient appointments, optimizing the doctor’s calendar.
Convert & Close: Utilize phone sales techniques to educate callers on our services, overcome objections, and confidently schedule consultations.
Manage Admin Tasks: Handle patient intake, verify insurance eligibility, and perform general clerical duties to ensure a smooth new patient process.
Bilingual Communication: Fluently assist our diverse patient base in both English and Spanish.
Own the Weekend: Maintain a positive attitude and high energy while working our required Saturday shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent and able to communicate effectively in both languages.
Dental Background: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or Front Desk in a dental office is highly preferred.
Sales DNA: You are not afraid to ask for the appointment and know how to handle a "no." You have proven experience in phone sales or conversion.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Experience with WaveOrtho is a major plus).
VoIP Experience: Familiarity with intermediate VoIP systems (Experience with Unite is a major plus).
Personality: You are a "Type A" personality—confident, energetic, and self-motivated. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays.
