The Role:

We are seeking a creative, data-savvy, and highly motivated Influencer & Content Marketing Specialist to own and execute our social voice, content strategy, and influencer partnerships. This is a hands-on role for a marketing all-rounder who is as comfortable negotiating with an influencer as they are drafting a blog post or designing a social media graphic. You will be the driving force behind building our brand presence and acquiring new members through authentic and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing (40%)

Manage the full influencer lifecycle, focusing on measurable results, including cost per acquisition (CPA) and conversion rate tracking.
Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
Proactively identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and blogs.
Manage the influencer partnership lifecycle from outreach and contract negotiation to content briefing, tracking, and performance analysis.
Manage the influencer marketing budget and report on campaign ROI.

Social Media Management (30%)

Develop and manage the social media content calendar for all key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily content (including graphics, short-form video, and written posts) that grows our following and engagement.
Foster a sense of community by actively responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategy.

Content Creation (20%)

Research, write, and edit SEO-optimized long form blog content related to deals, shopping tips, and product reviews to drive organic search traffic.
Collaborate with the team to develop other content assets like email newsletters or website copy.

Design (10%)

Utilize design tools (like Canva or Figma) to create visually appealing social media graphics, simple infographics, and marketing materials that are on-brand.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing.
Results-oriented, proficient in using data analytics tools, and able to optimize strategies through data-driven insights.
A portfolio of social media and/or content creation work.
Proven experience sourcing and managing influencer partnerships.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in the retail, e-commerce, deals, or personal finance space.
A personal interest in finding great deals and saving money!
Speak Chinese
