Location: Remote

Compensation

Base Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 annually
Compensation: $88,000 annually (Average Commissions)
Top Producers: $100K annually

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (PST)
No weekends

About the Role

**Must have an active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance**

We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join this team. This fully remote role offers strong earning potential, monthly bonus opportunities, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound sales communications
Respond to inbound and outbound leads
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required Qualifications

1+ years of insurance sales experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your resident state
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with a strong drive for success

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Candidates located in the MST or PST time zones preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Additional insurance licenses
