As we continue expanding throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, we’re looking for an experienced Flooring Business Development Manager to help grow our residential and commercial divisions by developing strategic partnerships and generating new business opportunities.

Position Overview

This is not an in-home sales position.

We’re looking for an experienced flooring professional who understands the industry and has an established network of professionals and businesses that regularly require flooring products and installation services.

Your primary responsibility is to generate new flooring opportunities through self-generated leads, networking, and long-term business relationships.

Once you generate the opportunity, our experienced sales consultants, estimators, project managers, and installation teams will handle the consultation, measurements, product selection, estimating, contracts, scheduling, installation, and customer service.

You generate the business—we handle everything else.

Responsibilities

Generate new residential and commercial flooring opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and commercial accounts.
Prospect new business through networking, cold outreach, and industry relationships.
Expand FMP Flooring’s presence throughout your assigned territory.
Build and maintain an active pipeline of referral sources and commercial clients.
Represent FMP Flooring professionally and build long-term partnerships.
