The Billing Specialist executes daily billing activities including invoice generation, credit card processing, customer communications, and collections follow-up. This role is crucial in ensuring that customer billing is accurate, timely, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities

Generate invoices and apply payments in the billing system
Monitor and resolve failed payments, expired credit cards, and dunning workflows
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues via email and phone calls
Process credits, refunds, and adjustments with appropriate approvals
Assist with billing close procedures and reconciliations
Maintain accurate records and follow internal documentation standards
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations experience
Familiarity with subscription billing tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Customer service or support experience a plus
