Job Overview
Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PMH-C Preferred) in a flexible, high-growth environment dedicated to making a meaningful impact. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health support to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with disabilities. Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure patient safety and stability.
Facilitate intake processes, medical documentation, and accurate record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide specialized counseling for issues including grief, addiction, PTSD care, gender identity concerns, chronic pain management, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and special education needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts to optimize patient care outcomes.
Utilize telehealth experience to deliver remote therapy sessions effectively while maintaining high-quality patient engagement.

Requirements

Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent; PMH-C certification preferred for perinatal mental health specialization.
Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, psychopharmacology collaboration, social work practices, and crisis management.
Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), geriatrics, or inpatient populations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
Strong skills in medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA.
Proven ability to conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations while demonstrating excellent patient care and support skills.
