Role Description
GC Industries is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate student with prior finance internship experience to join the firm as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst Intern.
This is a full-time, remote internship open to candidates currently based in the United States or United Kingdom. The position is designed for students who have already completed approximately one to three internships in finance, investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, search funds, or a closely related field.

- Supporting discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transaction, and other valuation analyses.
- Preparing pitch books, client presentations, company profiles, market updates, and transaction documents.
- Conducting detailed company, industry, market, and competitive research.
- Reviewing financial statements, operating data, market information, and transaction materials.
- Supporting due diligence processes and summarizing key findings, risks, and business considerations.
- Assisting senior team members with live transaction execution and prospective client assignments.
- Tracking transaction milestones, internal deliverables, client requests, and outstanding diligence items.
- Managing multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Communicating progress, questions, and potential issues clearly and proactively in a remote environment.
