Noble Cortex is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our invoicing automation system. As the Product Manager, you will drive the product vision, define the roadmap, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-impact, scalable solution that automates invoicing processes for our customers. You will act as the bridge between development, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring that the product is aligned with business goals and customer needs.

What you will do:

Own the Product Vision: Develop and articulate the long-term product vision for the invoicing automation system, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall strategy and customer needs.
Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams (DevOps, API, RPA, Frontend), designers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality product features on time.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed about product progress, timelines, and major decisions.
User-Centric Focus: Constantly gather feedback from internal and external users to ensure the product meets their needs. Define product success metrics and track performance.
Feature Prioritization: Lead the backlog grooming process by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and developers to prioritize features and bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and Communicate Product Strategy: Develop a clear, actionable product strategy that aligns with company goals and addresses the needs of internal teams and external customers.
Product Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of product development activities, from feature design to final deployment.
User Feedback and Testing: Gather and analyze user feedback through usability testing, customer surveys, and stakeholder interviews. Use insights to make informed product decisions.
Data-Driven Product Improvements: Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvements in the user experience.
Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges related to feature development, project timelines, and resource allocation.

Tools You’ll Use:

Product Management Tools: Jira, Asana, or Trello to manage the product roadmap, backlog, and sprint planning.
Collaboration Tools: Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to communicate with remote teams and stakeholders.
Data Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools to track product performance and customer behavior.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on SaaS or automation products.
Strong technical background and ability to work closely with development teams, especially in API and RPA-driven projects.
Experience in building and scaling B2B products, with a deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into features.
Soft Skills: Leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
