Full Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a base + commission basis. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who are passionate about AI automation services and have a knack for building relationships within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science industries. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by promoting our diverse AI and IT service offerings. MUST be able to build sales channels, leads, and contacts from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science sectors.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.

2. Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Present and demonstrate our AI services, including cyber security, cloud solutions, business process management, and AI automation to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support to clients.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT services and pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life science sectors is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of cyber security, cloud services, data management, and AI technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
